United Nations Global Compact

ORSYS is committed to a sustainable development approach in social, economic and environmental levels and joined the Pacte Global Compact des Nations Unies in 2007. Each year ORSYS renews its commitment to respect and ensure respect for the ten principles of this pact regarding human rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption. This commitment concerns both our internal employees and our external service providers.

Responsible Supplier Relations Charter

As part of its Responsible procurement policy, ORSYS has been a signatory to the Responsible supplier relations charter since 2016.

Diversity Charter

As part of its policy of equal opportunities and the fight against all forms of discrimination, ORSYS has been a signatory of the Diversity Charter since 2018. ORSYS acts in favour of diversity, with the desire to go beyond the legal and judicial framework.

The professional equality index

The professional equality index was designed to advance pay equality between men and women in companies: in 2022 ORSYS obtained a score of 92 points out of 100.

EcoVadis

ORSYS has been subject to extra-financial CSR assessments for several years, carried out by the EcoVadis organisation, a platform for assessing a company's performance in 4 areas: environment, social and human rights, ethics and responsible purchasing. In 2022, ORSYS obtained a score of 67/100 which constituted a “gold rating”.
